Fruits that you should eat during winter season
APPLE-
It one of the most favourite fruit for all season, as it
keeps doctor away. Apple contains all essential nutrients like
protein,carbohydrate,fibre and many more by just consuming one medium size apple.
GRAPEFRUIT- It is one of the low calorie fruit with high nutrients and
vitamin C. As a result, it is very
helpful in weight loss,
improves immunity system and reduce the risk of heart dieases,cholesterol and
blood pressure.
Orange- It is one of the most awaited fruit of Winter
as it is encriched with Vitamin C and fiber. Being citrus in taste we all love
to eat orange as it prevents from high cholesterol, cardiovascular
disease.
Kiwi- It is rich in Vitamin C
and also enriched with nutrients content. It is sweet in taste but highly
recommended for dibetes patients also good for heart, immunity, digestive.
Banana- It is all time favourite
fruit for everyone. Banana is used in everyform statring from green(often used
for cooking) to ripen. It is full of potassium which balance sodium in body. It
is rich in Vitamin B6 and C and full of nutrients and antioxidents. Banana
gives instant energy and take care of heart, blood pressure, gives energy.
